How
long will it take for me to receive the product?
In order
to provide you with this selection we cannot maintain all items
in stock.
Please allow 2 - 4 weeks. To ensure our favours contain the
freshest confectionary we recommend dispatch the week before
the event date.
Is
using my credit card to purchase products from the web site
safe?
Once you
enter your details and press send order, we use secure server
software that will encrypt all of your private information such
as your name, address, credit card numbers, into bits of code
which makes all of your information safe and secure. However,
if you still feel uncomfortable making an order on-line, you
can place your order by phone.
How
will my personal information be used?
Here at
Occasions Royale we pride ourselves in having excellent customer
service. This is why you can count on us to keep all of your
information safe and secure. We use secure server software that
will encrypt all of your private information such as your name,
address, credit card numbers and all sensitive information into
bits of code which makes all of your information safe and secure.
Then when you enter the check out process you will normally
see a key or padlock at the bottom of your browser which means
any and all information you enter will enter the secure server
software which then encrypts your information.
What
payment options are there?
Payment
can be made by credit Card (MasterCard/Visa/Laser) via our on-line
secure system or phone. We also accept Cheques in Euros. Orders
will not be processed until credit cards details are received
or cheques are cleared.
What
happens if I change my mind once I receive the product?
If you
change your mind: You have the right to return goods (with the
exception of items with have been made to order, (e.g. assembled
boxes, printed items, etc. and confectionary) without giving
a reason, within a seven-day period, known as the cooling off
period. If you return goods, as detailed, within 7 days, we
will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Please note, we cannot refund the original cost of delivery
unless the goods were faulty or we had delivered the goods to
you in error. Goods must be received unused, in their original
packaging and in a resalable condition. Goods not received back
in an acceptable condition may be refused.
We recommend
that you use some form of Recorded Delivery when sending returns
as we cannot issue a refund for goods that do not reach us.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods
to us unless the goods were faulty or we had delivered the goods
to you in error.
What
happens if I receive the product and it is faulty/defective
or not what I ordered?
You can
always return goods if they are defective. You should inspect
the goods as soon as you receive them for defects or damage.
We must be notified within 3 working days of any items received
defective, damaged or if there is a shortfall in the quantity
sent. Simply return the damaged goods using An Posts recorded
parcel delivery service and we will issue a replacement if available
or if required by the customer a refund. Where goods are damaged
or faulty, the cost of returning the goods will be reimbursed
to the customer.
How
much is postage and packaging?
Allow 4-6
weeks delivery, Standard postage and packing fee of €5.00
will apply to all orders. For orders over a certain weight an
additional postage fee will apply, in which case we will contact
you directly.
We
use An Post (www.anpost.ie) to send all our letters, packets
and small parcels (anything up to a postal value of €6.50).
Larger orders are sent with a courier (www.fastways.ie) and
are a flat charge of €10.00.
All orders where the P&P charge is €5.50 and over will
have to be signed for.
General
Points to Note.
Personalised
Items - with some products there is a limited amount of space
in which to fit the printing, if we feel that the information
to be printed will not fit or will fit to tightly we will notify
you as early as possible. Please note it is not possible to
print accents or fadas.
We accept no liability for goods damaged, delayed or lost in
the post.
Occasions
Royale monitor prices on a regular basis. We will not be held
responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions,
or human error.
As this
is an online store, any contact is generally via email.
The customer
e-mail you will receive after placing your order is for confirmation
of your order only. Occasions Royale reserves the right to cancel
your order.
All goods
are subject to availability. In making an order with us you
accept these terms and conditions.
All transactions
will be carried out in Euros. Once you have placed your order,
confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction
and Order Reference numbers.
This website
operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer
for sale' as a result, Occasions Royale reserves the right to
decline orders for bulk purchases.
